Weisseco is proud to have contributed to the “Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin” project, an exceptional fusion of modern luxury and cultural heritage. This prestigious hotel complex represents the epitome of architectural innovation, where every detail has been meticulously crafted to create a unique and elegant experience.

In this project, we implemented state-of-the-art facade glazing and engineering solutions, utilizing parallel-opening and projected top-hung windows from Schüco – the first of their kind in Armenia. These premium aluminum systems not only enhance the architectural beauty but also deliver outstanding thermal insulation, durability, and energy efficiency. This reflects Weisseco’s commitment to innovation and excellence in construction.

Additionally, the door systems were produced by Schüco, a global leader in architectural aluminum systems, with the automatics provided by Dorma, a leading German company renowned for their top-tier automation solutions. These doors were designed to meet the highest international standards, ensuring functionality, safety, and comfort, while seamlessly integrating into the hotel’s luxury design.
